This immersive multi-node festival of sensory environments, site-specific installations, and socially engaged programs, anchored by the Lumisphere Experience’s dazzling dream domes, took place September 15-24, 2023. Located at the iconic CalArts in northern Los Angeles County, the event explored, through an appeal to the imagination, sustainability and positive futures — intended to delight and open visitors’ eyes to new possibilities.
Earth Edition celebrated Earth optimism, opportunities, and possibilities, aiming to shift the tone of conversation around the climate crisis by sparking the imagination, showcasing innovation, engaging community, and creating space to dream up positive eco-futures.
